All of our artists attend some of the world’s greatest art museums while at the Residency. In past years, they’ve explored the Met, the Moma, the Frick, the Cloisters, the Book Arts Center, the Museum of Natural History, and the 9/11 Ground Zero Museum.
Being in those curated, conserved spaces is a major highlight for artists because it serves as a creative catalyst and gives them a new perspective to infuse into their practice as they continue their work through the week.
